My Brothers,
My pledge brother is correct. But here is more info , That is Dr. Richard Rysavy MD, alias Tudor and his correct title is Dr., Saint, classic, Epic and legend. He is also my pledge father. One of the original oldies. The other is Lou Nutini. Louie's alais Hopper. He was president at the time of my pledging. Excellent guitar and bass player.
Now for the other info from that picture: behind Rich is either Mark or Mike Zelinsky non fraterinety brothers but they always hung out with us and next th him is the one & only H. Edward Chabot alias "Ned" little Eddie Shabet(pro). The back of the head I believe is Greg White alias 'Whitey" not to be confussed with Gregery P. White alias "Lips".

gentlemen as I spoke with your moderator I am glad you have gotten off your butts and got this out. where are pics from blue Angel.
You gentlemen have a reputation to live up to, you have an excellent track record and you are the most political savy organization on campus don't blow it. As your brothers we expect greatness, showmanship, political smarts and most of all brotherhood. I will be on campus the 3rd , 4th or 5th so if ther is a gathering I will be present or maybe I'll even buy the pizzas at rocco's

Bob,

If you are going to be on campus on the 3,4,5 of March there isn't too much going on here. However, we will be having our normal meeting wednesday at 5:00, also we having Stargazing activity on Tuesday Night and we will be doing some singing in preparation for AMR this friday on Thursday night.

Also, we will be doing our best to get up some Blue Angel Pictures on the Website, they will be up soon.

Dear Brothers, Thank you for the excellent website and special thanks to Bob Stapleton (my pledge son) for his kind words. Brian Scruggs, Lou Nutini (Hopper), Rick Przywojski (Fish), Kevin Kubacki (Teddy Bear) and I (Tudor the Turtle) had a blast performing at the 50th Anniversary celebration of Eta Nu. We're very proud that you've continued the traditions of Blue Angel and The Oldies (we originally called ourselves The Mouldy Oldie All-Stars). I've been fortunate to work with or meet many of the original recording stars from the late 50's and early 60's. I'd love to share some stories the next time I'm at Saint Mary's. Keep up the great work! Once a Sinfonian, always a Sinfonian --- Rick Rysavy (Tudor)

Dear Brothers,
The other mystery pic in the January newsletter is close to my heart because I took that picture. The date was Spring 1998, and the folks I can remember in the pic are (from left to right) Enrique Casiano, Michelle Harrison, ???, Dan Murray, ???, Jon Marlette, Kathy Jelinek.
Enrique was my pledge brother, a funny big-hearted guy, who left SMU the following year never to be heard from again. Michelle Harrison, I believe, is a Sweetheart, and if she wasn't, she deserved to be. Dan Murray was one of the hardest-working, most dedicated Brothers I have ever met, and was President of the chapter for a time. Jon Marlette pledged a few years later, became a Brother and a leader and now lives in Omaha. Kathy Jelinek, along with Michelle, is a Delta Omicron sister and was a great performer in several Gaslight and Blue Angel shows.
The names of the other two girls flanking Dan are lost to me, but hopefully the info I just gave will help to jog some other memories. I have fond memories of that gathering, and a few pics of my own that I can post or scan and pass on to any Brothers that might be interested. Just find me on Facebook and let me know!
